I heart Toggery by Kate D'Arcy for various reasons. 1.) She's designing in Philly which is kind of cool and 2.) her pieces are all made of Organic and Recycled materials. Since I am a steel town kid who grew up in the 80's, I am somewhat drawn to an off shoulder tee which I will always find modestly sexy!
